In 2009 Brayden started the original Kelpie Stud, with the inclusion of Capree Lilly IV(Joined to Kingsley Alfie) & Backenbark Anna II (Joined to Milburn Flinn).

Our stud was up and running.

In 2013 we registered a second stud "Baringa"  which made advertising the Baringa name much easier.

In 2019 the second stud was dropped as all dogs were being registered under the Baringa prefix.

From the beginning we have had a keen eye for dogs with the ability to move stock with little stress.

Our main aim is to breed working dogs with all round ability, working with heavy stud stock our dogs need to have good presence, being calm at the same time.

Just like our stud sheep & goats, temperament is very important.
